About
Training clients since 1996! Bonny trains clients at every level from complete beginners who have never worked out in their lives to athletes and competitive physique athletes. Being a IFBB pro competitor herself (since 2003), her vast knowledge of the human body & mind allows her to successfully train clients no matter the goal. She can work around any injury or ailment to bring the most out of each client without it being a hardcore workout. If you’re interested in something more intense, just let her know!
