After recently graduating from Texas A&M Kingsville in May of 2021, with a major in exercise science and minor in nutrition. Bri-Anna is ready to help you gain confidence by living your healthiest and fittest life. Being an ex collegiate womens basketball player at TAMUK, Bri-Anna’s knowledge base varies in losing weight, gaining muscle, proper lifting form, sports specific training, speed training, to power and strength training. This variety of knowledge is what will help her to lead you in reaching your own personal goals in your fitness journey.
