Jon Emerson first fell in love with weight training in high school and continued to gain experience while serving in the Oregon Army National Guard and during his deployment to Iraq in 2010-2011. During the past 5+ years he’s been very avid about health, fitness, and weight training. In that time he’s used many different styles and techniques in the gym. Since starting at The Fitness Zone he’s been working with Bonny Priest to push the limits of the body and mind.
